       All orders are shipped By UPS ground or USPS Most orders ship within 24 hours if Merchandise is in stock You can check your order online by using order # to get a tracking #.  We insure all packages shipped out to you. Protect yourself by insuring all returns also.

Warranty Information            

      Most products come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty please check each individual item as the warranty will be listed with that product.

Return Policy            

      We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products.  We offer a full refund on returned items in new unopened condition.  All returns must be made or arranged within 30 days of receipt of order. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost related to order including cost of original free shipping if applicable.  If you have an open item please contact BluetoothsRus.com for further instructions.  Open items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price plus shipping.           

      If you need to return an item please contact BluetoothsRus.com for a return authorization number. All refunds will be issued by company check within 10 days of receipt of returned merchandise.  If shipment is received damaged, please contact BluetoothsRus.com for return instructions and RA#.  Remember to keep the original damaged packaging for UPS or USPS inspection.  This is important as the carriers need to inspect the packaging before paying a claim to us.
